AI AGENTS

AI Agent Development for Business

We build task-focused AI agents around clear responsibilities, approved tools, reliable data, and human escalation—not vague promises of fully autonomous work.

WHAT CHANGES IN PRACTICE

Give an AI agent a job, boundaries, and the right tools.

A useful business agent has a defined trigger, goal, set of tools, source of truth, permissions, and stopping conditions. DataVine designs agents to complete bounded tasks while handing judgment-heavy or consequential decisions back to people.

WHAT DATAVINE CAN BUILD

Turn the idea into specific capabilities.

01

Make the business outcome visible.

Faster handling of repetitive knowledge work

More consistent follow-up and data capture

Reduced switching between systems for routine tasks

Clear boundaries for what the agent can and cannot do

Tool permissions and access to sensitive systems

Grounding the agent in approved business information

DECISION-MAKER QUESTIONS

What you need to know before approving a project.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot mainly has a conversation. An agent can be given approved tools and workflow logic so it can take defined actions such as updating a CRM, preparing a draft, retrieving records, or scheduling a next step.

Should an AI agent be fully autonomous?

Usually not. Autonomy should match the risk of the task. Low-risk repetitive actions can be automated more aggressively, while financial, legal, sensitive, or irreversible actions should generally require stronger controls or human approval.

Can an agent work across multiple business systems?

Yes when those systems provide suitable integration methods. We design the workflow around the APIs, permissions, and reliability available in your stack.
